National Men’s Health Week

Men’s Health

June 12th – 18th is National Men’s Health Week and events are occuring throughout the country to mark this.  Our Trust’s Occupational Health Department is running information sessions over the next two weeks (details on the intranet) and these are held in the rooms adjacent to the Library, providing the perfect reason to pop in to see us!

We have produced a leaflet of men’s health resources, which contains a selection of  pertinent books.  As the theme this year is “belly fat” we are sure the title Hazardous Waist is bound to be popular!

In addition to our books, there are links to useful online resources – full information can be found on our website here or paper copies can be picked up on the library display.
